笔记本电脑在公司被偷，却要罚我钱，大家说说呢
我的电脑在下班回家后公司的办公室被盗（可能是夜里也可能是发现的当天凌晨），现在公司却要罚我３０００块钱，你们给评评理呢，下面是我写给管理层的信件：
Dear ＸＸＸＸ：
Event Retrospect:
->4:28PM, Mar.18th/2008, I packed up the Laptop, and put it into the cabinateof Sales Dept., closed the door. and walked out of the gate at 4:31PM.
->8:00AM, mar.19th/2008, I arrived at plant, came back to the office, and tried to open the cabinate door with failure. around 15 mintues later, I broke the door and found out it was empty, the Laptop was vanished.
***After checking with Security Office of the plant, I found out"Video Recorder Invalidation" as the PC showed during below period:
->20:22--20:59, 22:00-22:15, 22:43--23:17 Mar.18th/2008
->1:54--2:17, 3:41--8:08 Mar.19th/2008
***I received an information of fine(3000CNY) Just because I did not "lock" the cabinate inside of the office.
My Viewpoint:
->I do not have the responsibility to take care of the laptop after work-time.
->Company and Security Office should take the full responsibility for "company asset"! I believe the Laptop is part of "Comapny Asset", isn't it?
->Laptop disappeared in the company when I was off duty under an invalid security administration situation, I'm not going to buy the bill for that no matter the cabinate was locked or unlocked.
->When I took over the laptop from IT Dept., I was required to sign a paper which clarified the rules which are nesseary for me to be clear with(Please see as attached).
***It dose not require me to take care of the Laptop when I'm leaving after work such as "leave with the Laptop".
I do believe "leave it in the company" is the most appropriate and logical way.
I'll appreciate if you can consider my opinion and feeling. Thanks for your kind attention!!!
